Our aim is simple: lay out the facts clearly so you can make your own decision.

How we write our guides
Every guide follows the same checklist, so products are easy to compare:
- We describe what the product is and how it's supplied
- We list ingredients with their amounts where these are disclosed, and say so when they aren't
- We only describe benefits using wording allowed for food supplements in the UK
- We include known side effects, cautions and who should avoid the product
